Questions from travel agencies
Are rates net or commissionable?
Net. You set your margin and present the final price to your client.
What currency is the quote in?
Brazilian reais or US dollars, whichever works best for your client. Services in China are priced in yuan (renminbi), and we handle conversion and local payments.
Will the traveller know BrazTrip runs the trip?
They don't need to. We operate invisibly: for the traveller, the trip belongs to your agency.
Do you also book flights and hotels?
Yes. When convenient for your agency, we also support flights and accommodation.
Is there emergency support during the trip?
Yes, 24 hours a day. This channel is exclusively for emergencies during the trip. Quotes, new bookings and changes go through our regular service.
Do you have Portuguese-speaking guides?
Yes, but Portuguese-speaking guides are scarcer in China and subject to availability. The earlier we receive the request, the better the chances. English and Spanish guides are more widely available.
Do Brazilians need a visa for China?
Until 31 December 2026, Brazilians with ordinary passports are exempt from visas for stays of up to 30 days in China. Always confirm the current rules before departure.
