Your dream trip, designed around your pace.

Tailor-made travel · BZT360

Your dream trip, designed around your pace.

No ready-made packages: every itinerary comes from listening to what you want to experience, and every choice is made with judgment and clear comparisons.

How it works

You enjoy the fun part. We take care of the rest.

In the BZT360 Experience, you imagine, suggest, choose and approve. BrazTrip takes on the in-depth research, checks, purchases, paperwork and managing the unexpected.

1. Listening: dates, destinations and budget, but also your style, your pace and what you want to feel on the trip.

2. Curation: selection of flights, hotels and experiences with transparent comparisons.

3. Approval: you decide clearly on the value, risks and logistics of each option.

4. Bookings: ticketing, confirmations and everything organized in an app with your trip schedule.

5. Support: real-time follow-up during the trip and adjustments when something goes off plan.

6. Afterwards: feedback on the experience and planning your next adventure.

Practical tips from our team

New entry rules for Europe

  • ETIAS (online authorization): not yet in force. For now, you don't need to fill out any online form or pay any fee before leaving.
  • EES (digital border control): in operation across the Schengen Area since April 2026. On arrival, the passport stamp is replaced by photo and fingerprint collection at kiosks in the airport. As a new procedure, it may cause some lines, but it's the normal process.

Internet abroad

  • eSIM: we recommend Mobimatter for eSIM quotes.
  • International roaming: Brazilian carriers TIM (+55 11 2847-6144), Vivo (10315) and Claro (*468) offer packages that, in our experience in Europe and the USA, work very well, averaging R$ 79.90 to R$ 150 for 30 days.
  • Roaming advantage: no need to change your number or validate a SIM. A postpaid plan is required, and remember to cancel the package when you're back in Brazil.

Investment

How much to invest in a tailor-made trip

The BZT360 Experience serves projects with a total investment starting at R$ 40,000, varying by destination, duration and level of personalization.

For lower budgets, we also suggest self-service travel options, without full follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about tailor-made travel

Do I need to fill out ETIAS to travel to Europe?

Not yet. ETIAS is not in force, so you don't need to fill out any online form or pay fees before departure. We follow its start date and let our Ambassadors know.

What changes on arrival in Europe with the EES?

Since April 2026, the EES has been operating across the Schengen Area: the passport stamp has been replaced by photo and fingerprint collection at airport kiosks. There may be some lines, but it's the normal procedure.

What's the best internet option while traveling: eSIM or roaming?

We recommend Mobimatter for eSIM quotes. For travelers with a Brazilian phone plan, international roaming from TIM, Vivo or Claro averages R$ 79.90 to R$ 150 for 30 days, requires a postpaid plan and needs no SIM change. Remember to cancel the package when you return.

Do I need to know where I want to go?

No. We can help from choosing the destination, according to your moment, budget and travel goals.

How far in advance should I start planning?

The earlier, the more flight and hotel options and the better the conditions. For international trips in high season, ideally start a few months ahead.

Can you help me use my air miles?

Yes. We assess whether redeeming miles really pays off on each route or whether paying cash offers better value.

Can I book only flights or accommodation?

No. Our service involves planning the complete experience, because an integrated view is what prevents mismatches during the trip.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

You have a support channel to guide, mediate and drive solutions: delayed flights, missed connections, lost luggage or problems with bookings.
