For Chinese agencies and tour operators
Your operational partner in Brazil.
You sell Brazil. We make sure the experience at the destination lives up to what was promised to your client.
One Stop Solution
We don't compete for your client. We operate for you.
BrazTrip does not want to sell Brazil directly to Chinese travelers. Our role is to be the reliable Brazilian operation behind every program your agency sells: ground handling, logistics, guides and on-site support, with clear communication at every step.
Operational partner
What a Chinese agency needs from a partner in Brazil
Safety: routes, schedules, vehicles and drivers planned so the group can move around with peace of mind.
Communication: clear, fast answers in Mandarin, English or Portuguese, on the channel your team already uses, including WeChat.
Convenience: a single partner coordinates hotels, transfers, guides, restaurants and experiences.
Customization: each group gets its own operation, designed around the client's profile, not a generic package.
Local knowledge: a Brazilian team that knows the destination and the details that make the difference.
Accreditation: agency accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism's ADS China Program to receive groups of Chinese tourists.

Brazil + South America
One itinerary, several countries
Many Chinese agencies tell us their clients want to combine Brazil with other South American countries and, in the luxury segment, even with expeditions to Antarctica. We are building these combinations with local partners in each country. Talk to us about the program you have in mind.
Process
How we work with your agency
1. Briefing: you tell us the group profile, dates, interests and budget.
2. Proposal: we design the program and a detailed quote for your agency.
3. Operation: we run the program in Brazil, with local follow-up and support.
4. After the trip: we share the group's feedback and fine-tune future programs.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions from Chinese agencies
Is Brazil safe for Chinese tourists?
As in any major destination, safety depends on planning. That is why we take care of routes, schedules, hotels, vehicles and local follow-up, and brief the group on what to do and what to avoid in each city.
Do the drivers carry weapons?
No. Our drivers are professional tourism transport drivers, and safety comes from a planned operation: suitable vehicles, routes and schedules defined in advance, and constant communication with the group.
Do you have Mandarin-speaking guides?
Yes. We work with guides and interpreters with genuine fluency in Mandarin, selected according to the group profile and the type of program.
Do Chinese citizens need a visa for Brazil?
Since May 11, 2026, Chinese citizens are visa-exempt for stays of up to 30 days for tourism, business, transit and artistic or sports activities. The exemption is valid until December 31, 2026.
What is the minimum group size?
We serve everyone from independent travelers to full groups and delegations. The operation is sized for each program.
